林心如飾演《還珠格格》時,眼睛大大的,臉盤也大大的,後來,她的臉卻不知不覺得越來越精緻,原因是她喝了這個。

1.瘦臉法-林心如每天吃完早餐,就沖泡一杯濃濃的「山嵐茶」喝,據說,30-60分鐘後,即可見臉頰消腫。她的好友趙薇、李冰冰、徐若瑄、應采兒等也跟著用這個方面來瘦面。除「山嵐茶」外,取自天然食材的粟米鬚茶、薏仁水等,也有此功效,不過不能加糖啊。

2.瘦身法-林心如只有45公斤,日常飲食中除挑選清淡低卡食物,她還杜絕高熱量、多油烹調的西餐和甜點,並避走沾醬。比如她最愛吃海鮮火鍋,但就絕不沾沙茶醬等調味醬。

3-手臂纖細法-林心如鮮有運動健身的習慣,但卻發明了「懶人瘦身法」。她會每天舉「礦泉水啞鈴」100下,以保持手臂纖細,但就不會超過150下,否則可能效果相反喔。

4-瘦腰腿法- 林心如每晚睡覺前會舉腿,以保持雙腿修長,並減掉腰部贅肉。方法是側躺在床上,併攏雙腿,抬腿10下為1組,1組後休息1-2分鐘,一天內抬腿10組。每個星期做2次仰臥起坐,每次10下。搖1次呼啦圈,每次10分鐘。

5-減壓法- 讓自己保持愉快的心情,對健康和減肥都有利。林心如減壓的方式很特別,她會跟親人撒嬌,或唱卡拉ok,以釋放壓力。

結語:吃飯八分飽,營養不能少。運動消脂快,食醋穀物都是寶。
